1. Our Collection and Use of Personal Information

 1.Our service is a month to month basis and a customer and stop and anytime without a cause or reason and will no longer charge them the montly fee. Customer must call and speak to a representative and cancel service and a email of comfirmation will be sent over for cancellation. Customer can start back and anytime and pick back up where they left off by paying the current monthly fee.

2. Customer can receive refund for the charge of the 1 monthly if they call and cancel before the dispute letters are sent out. Customer must call for all refunds and cancellations. 

3. Customer agrees to call us first and ask for refund instead of charge backs through their bank.
